Unfortunately you will no longer have access to your account.
If I still have time left on my subscription, what happens next?
You’ll be reimbursed for any remaining time on your account.
What if I just subscribed last week? Will I be reimbursed for my whole subscription?
Yes, we will make sure you receive a full reimbursement.
The new Disney Digital Books sounds exciting. When will it be available again?
As soon as possible! We are working hard to make Disney Digital Books the best possible experience. And just for you!
Once the new Disney Digital Books launches will my previous account be accessible, or do I need to start all over with a new account?
If you have already set up an account, that means you have a Disney ID. You can use that after the new DDB launches!
Once I sign up for the new DDB, can I also access the information I used to set up my account? How about the content I read from the first Disney Digital Books?
You will still be able access your personal information, but unfortunately you won’t be able to view any previous activities on the original DDB.
